Extremely professional, very reasonable. The owner works right alongside his employees and is not just ASE certified but A.S.I.A CERTIFIED (certificate hanging on the wall as you walk in. He's one of 300 in the automotive hall of fame in Michigan for having taken every class available in the USA for all issues that could possibly stop any other mechanic. He left Michelin Tire after 20 years rising from a luber to being head of the shop of all test cars. The drivers put the vehicles through unfathomable conditions and stress in a month, in order to meet such rigorous high standards expected through the many years just one consumer would!!! I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle or anyone else!!! YOU WON'T REGRET It! It definitely makes a difference to have an honest God-fearing man to help you through what could be the worst nightmare easily.
