The dealership had my car for 5 hours and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Took it to Hipps Automotive (based on reviews in Google), 5 minutes they figured out the issue! Finally found a mechanic I can trust!

Once again, Hipps Automotive has taken great care of my car problem and gotten me back on the road! When it came time to get my license, my daddy required me to learn how to do basic things to a car like pump gas, check and add oil, check the radiator and add water/antifreeze, jumpstart a car(with battery cables and popping the clutch LOL), put air in the tires and change a tire. Today, I had spent all day trying to figure out why the electrical system had quit functioning properly and my last hope was going by Hipps Automotive to run the scenario by them and pray there was some last chance they could help me. I seriously prayed they would have some kind of answer because I had no money. Two gentlemen nicely listened to my situation and one of them said, “No, don’t have it towed here, but go home and do ...... See if that works and if not, have it towed here and we will take a look at it.” I came home and followed those instructions and YES, everything is fine! They are so willing to help me. I am so thankful because as I told my daughter, being a female, they could have said to have it towed here and we will fix it, and then it could have cost me a fortune. Thank you for being an honest businessman and being willing to help me. May your business continue to thrive. You are a good thing for Simpsonville! Whoever the man was that gave me the advice, THANK YOU and you were exactly right about what was going to happen. I did what you said and it cranked! No problems now!

It is hard for a woman to take her car to an auto shop. Hipps employees are honest and helpful. They will tell you if they can or can’t repair something. They have allowed me to drop by and quickly evaluate the situation with my ten-year-old SUV. They have repaired and patched my tires several times because I cannot seem to miss nails on the roads. I highly recommend Hipps Automotive for your automotive needs.
