I came here after being told at a routine oil change/tire rotation at the dealer that I needed $1,000 worth of work done on my car. I was skeptical and did not get any of the work done. Hipps was recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad that I came. Not only did they look at all my concerns and issues for no charge, but they let me know what I actually needed to be done; they also respected the fact that I change my own air filters to save labor costs. They were honest about the other things that were recommended by the dealer in that they did not actually need to be done. I was very thankful they were honest. And, from start to the finish of the brake work that I did need, I was not there longer than 90 minutes. I'm very thankful they were recommended and I will be back again for future maintenance!
